ఒక 19 ఏళ్ల మహిళకు ఐదు సంవత్సరాల చరిత్రలో, మచ్చలు, దద్దుర్లు, పెరిగిన, పసుపురంగు నుడి చర్మపు రంగు గడ్డలతో, ముఖం, చేతులు, కాళ్లపై చక్రాకార (ring-shaped) పొలుసుల (plaques) కనిపిస్తున్నాయి. Guttate pityriasis lichenoides chronica ఈ T-సెల్-మధ్యవర్తిత్వ వ్యాధి ఒక అసాధారణ ప్రదర్శన.
A 19-year-old woman came in with a five-year history of small, spotty rashes and raised, yellowish to skin-colored bumps with a ring of fine scales on her torso and arms and legs. Guttate pityriasis lichenoides chronica is an uncommon presentation of this T-cell-mediated disease.
